Terms & Conditions

Last updated: November 1, 2026

1. Seller

These terms are between you and Infini Harmony LLC ("we", "us"), the seller of the Behavioral Resonance Matrix (BRM) assessment service. By using the service you agree to these terms.

2. The service

The BRM assessment is a digital workplace-behavior self-assessment delivered through private assessment links and results dashboards. Licenses are one-time purchases with non-expiring seats. Physical books are sold separately through Amazon and are not part of any assessment license.

3. Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy.

4. Immediate digital delivery

Assessment access is provisioned digitally immediately after payment. By proceeding with payment you expressly consent to immediate digital provisioning and acknowledge that you lose any right of withdrawal once access begins, as confirmed by the checkout acknowledgment.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service: no unlawful use, fraud or spam, infringement of intellectual property, or interference with the service's security (including malware, probing, or scraping). Assessment links are private capabilities; keep them confidential. You are responsible for activity under links you share.

6. Intellectual property

We retain all ownership of the service and its intellectual property, including the assessment content, scoring methodology, software, documentation, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your purchased license. No reverse engineering, resale, redistribution, or circumvention of technical limits.

7. Service level

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. The service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim, and we exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where required by law.
